VAROD Canada was established by a few friends who were asked by Varod Sri Lanka for financial assistance to enable them to archieve their goals. These members have dedicated themselves to providing the help needed to VAROD and to providing assistance to local communities where necessary. The organization hopes to support the cause in many ways, such as raising funds, sponsoring differently-abled kids and working with the local community centers.
The organization wishes to make a difference in people’s lives and there is no shortage of passion or energy by its members for this objective.
To assist and support the needy who are primarily in North and East Sri Lanka and in our local community. To enable the differently abled and needy to live sustainable and fulfilling lives, to enable them to become economically independent so they can become part of the mainstream of society.
